IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT OF FOLLOWING CATEGORY FOR OUR CLIENT IN POLAND

Sr Category NOs Salary & Perks
1 WELDERS 30 PLN 15-20 per hour (approx. INR 280-370/hour) 1 PLN = 18.50 INR approx. Normal Work 40 Hours / Week (5 Days) { Monthly Salary : INR 44500-59200}. Max OT 30 Hours / Week. OT Rate is 2 times Normal Rate(Subject to Availability)

Candidates must know Basic English – Read, Write, Speak, Understand

Also have 1 -2 years of experience in their respective field.

Work Location : Offshore: Halls, Foundations for wind farms (jackets, tripods, monopiles), ships etc. – constructions mostly big.

Skills Required :

  • Welding in MAG 135, 136 and 138 methods.
  • Welding in positions:
  • PA – 1F, 1G (without pipe rotation)
  • PB – 2F (with pipe float, without pipe rotation)
  • PC – 2G (without pipe fixed)
  • PD – 4F (without pipe fixed)
  • PE – 4G
  • PF – 3F Up hall (fillet welds)
  • Experiences: minimum 1year welding in above positions
  • Steel workers/ Fitters: cutting torch (Oxy and Acetylene), reading of technical drawings,
  • Steel workers/ Fitters: cutting torch (Oxy and Acetylene), reading of technical drawings, welding of 111method,

experience in offshore constructions

Initial Contract : Minimum 1 year (extendable)

Visa : Work Visa

Working hours : 40 Hours weekly 5 days (Maximum working hours including OT 70 hours / week)

Overtime : Paid Double on Hourly Basis

Benefits : Food, Accommodation, Transport and Medical Insurance as per norms

All others as per POLAND Labour Law

ECNR Candidates Only with PASSPORT VALIDITY minimum 2.5 years

Note : On release of Visa, the candidate has to appear for an Interview with the Embassy Officials and in case the Documents submitted by the Candidate are “FAKE” or the “Candidate does not know the Job” or cannot converse in English or has any criminal / legal involvement the initial deposit will stand forfeited,  also if he wants to resign before completion of Employment Contract, Visa shall be cancelled IMMEDIATELY and Visa and associated Costs shall be payable by the Candidate to the Employer.
