Job Information	Job Role: Billing & Planning Engineer/Manager – Railways Work Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Education Min.: Graduation, Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, CIVIL / EEE / ECE is preferred, Project Management is preferred Age Max.: 40-50 Computer Literacy Strong working capability with Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word Languages Compulsory: English & Hindi Presentation Skills Able to converse fluently and strong communication skills (spoken & written) Experience / Responsibilities To ensure billing as per the milestones and business plan, pursue the client to record the billing and collect receivables Tracking of daily / weekly financial progress vis-à-vis site execution and supply of material Coordinate with client regarding compliances necessary for RA bills / invoices clearance Aggressively follow up with clients for release of payment Occasionally visit site with client to resolve RA bills and record Measurement Book and maintain customer relationship Collection of Work in Progress from site representatives.
