| Job Information | Job Role: Manager – Business Development (Railways) Work Location: Delhi-NCR Employment Type: Full-time Education Min.: Bachelor of Engineering Pref.: MBA – Marketing Age Max.: 40-50 Computer Literacy Strong working capability with Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word Languages Compulsory: English & Hindi Presentation Skills Able to converse fluently and strong communication skills (spoken & written) Experience Required # Worked in organizations engaged in Indian Railways, PSUs projects & Private Sidings projects # Understand contractual T&C w.r.t. EPC & Services # Analytical aptitude # Preferable Railway Background – S & T Background, Track, Rolling Stock – Specialized in Liaison Years of Experience 8 to 12 Years of experience in BD/ Marketing/ Sales/ Tendering/ Commercial teams of companies engaged in infrastructure development for Railways & Metros in India or Abroad Technical Experience # Should have an understanding of Railway & Metro Infrastructure Industry- P Way, Track, Signaling & Telecom, Over Head Electrification # Have commercial experience with Project Development Lifecycle – Feasibility studies, DPR, Detailed Design, BOQ, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning etc. # Should have clear understanding of Tender documentation and bidding process requirements # Should have good understanding of costing, bid analysis & pricing Commercial Experience # Should have experience in coordinating and collecting inputs with multiple internal and external interfaces # Able to capture requirements from various departments within the organization and the client’s organization Remuneration 10-12 Lacs per annum Documents Required for Application:
