Role Overview
A Railway Domain Company is seeking a hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence, business growth, and execution discipline across B2G and B2B verticals. The COO will be the second-in-command, responsible for integrating operations, business development, finance, HR, EHS, quality, legal, and strategy.
This role demands a leader experienced in large-scale projects, government tenders, and multi-location operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own integrated P&L across B2G and B2B businesses
- Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization & supply chain performance
- Build and grow a robust order book & market presence
- Strengthen working capital, cash flows & project profitability
- Lead talent development, leadership pipeline & succession
- Ensure EHS, legal, quality & governance compliance
- Drive digital transformation & ERP adoption
