| Job Information | Job Role: HSE Manager – Railways Work Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Education Min.: Graduation in Science or related Subject, HSE Qualified, Certified Lead Auditor Pref.: Bachelor of Engineering Age Max.: 40-50 Computer Literacy Strong working capability with Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word Languages Compulsory: English & Hindi Presentation Skills Able to converse fluently and strong communication skills (spoken & written) Experience / Responsibilities # Worked in organizations engaged in Railways, PSUs Infrastructure projects & Private Sidings projects # Advise, support and guide the Project across the disciplines of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management and practices, particularly in relation to parent company policies, best practice initiatives and the requirements of relevant legislation and industry standards. # Conducting Internal Audits and Management Review as laid down in ISO QMS # Co-ordinate with external agencies on QMS implementation # Support the business development team in becoming a valued sub-vendors of the prospective clients # Overall Health Monitoring with a view to improving systems and processes # Plan for additional certifications for ISO and other types for all Rail group entities and implement processes # Review and approval of process changes for all functions in line with the standards # Train and mentor Engineers for Quality / HSE roles Years of Experience 05 to 07 Years or more of experience in HSE Remuneration As per Industry Norms Documents Required for Application:
