Technical Experience

# Review employment applications and background check reports

# Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process

# Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops

# Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience

# Suggest measures for improving employee retention

# Lead, oversee and supervise the On-boarding and Off-boarding activities.

# Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles

# Attend career and college fairs, and similar events and take part in campus interviews

# Prepare training calendars and implement the same religiously.

# Determine HR and recruiting KPIs

# Create and present KPI reports

# Refine process of employee performance evaluation.

# Prepare, circulate, collect KPI quarterly from the department heads for themselves and their teams and present a complete evaluation report of KPI for all eligible employees to the management.

# Define/ Refine KRA for the different roles and submit quarterly evaluation reports to the management.

Years of Experience

7 to 10 Years of experience in  Structuring Organization in line with Business Plan, Structuring HR Practices and Policy Adherences, Optimize Manpower, Industrial Relations for Projects, Pre-Bid Risk Assessment on Socio-Political Impacts, Skill Development and Training, Performance Management and Compensation Management. Talent Pooling and Management. Business Continuity Plan (BCP) preparation etc

Remuneration

8 Lacs per annum
