- Education : Preferred Degree / Post Graduate in Engineering with a Degree in Business Management,
- Fellowship from professional bodies in sector would be a plus
- Language : English, Hindi
- Experience : 10-20 Years or more of relevant experience
KPA : Position will be responsible for planning and successful execution of railway electrification works involving Overhead Electrification, construction of Traction Substation (TSS) and Sub-sectioning & Paralleling Post (SSP). Key Skill Areas : OHE Design, Bill of Quantities, SIP, LOP, SED, CSD, SSP,ESP, Approval, Bonding Plan, Engineering Scale plan.
- Produce OHE drawings LOP, CSD, SED, Profiling and design calculations as per technical instructions and specifications.
- Estimate and deploy resources towards desired design output
- Review of designs, drawings, specifications, technical instructions and reports for quality and compliance with standards pertaining to the client, organization and project location
- Approval of final designs and drawings before delivering it to the client
- Monitor timely delivery of designs
- Monitor data management and document control systems of the business vertical
- Support marketing and commercial functions in client liaison and financial planning respectively
- Review and approve interim final designs and drawings before delivering it to the client
- Prepare designs, specifications, technical instructions, working drawings and reports.
- Railway electrification design with working knowledge of OHE and OLE
- Proficiency in Auto Cad, Microstation and MS Office
- Knowledge of domestic and international railway standards
- Proficiency in design management tools and technology
- Knowledge of organizational and quality management systems
