URGENTLY REQUIRED SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR DELHI (INDIA)

 Gender : Male      Nationality : Indian           Job Location : India           Age : Below 40

• Experience Required : 6 to 10 Years of experience in BD/Marketing/Sales/Tendering of Railways & Metros

• Bach of Engineering / MBA – Marketing/ Finance

• Language : Compulsory: English, Hindi

• Skills : Able to converse fluently in English & Hindi

• Travel Requirement : Extensive across India.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Worked with service providers

• Strong selling experience with PMCs and Design service providers

• Worked with OEMs

• Worked in Indian Railways, PSUs projects

• Worked for Private Sidings

• Should have an understanding of Railway & Metro Infrastructure Industry – P Way, Track, Signalling & Telecom, Over Head Electrification

• Have working experience with Project Development Lifecycle – Feasibility studies, DPR, Detailed Design, BOQ, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning etc.
• Should have clear understanding of Tender documentation and bidding process requirements
• Should have good understanding of costing, bid analysis & pricing.
• Should have experience in coordinating with multiple internal and external interfaces
• Able to capture requirements from various departments within the client’s organization
• Experience in developing and presenting solutions to clients
• Handle end-to-end order generation and execution process
• Strong working capability with Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
