Gender : Male Nationality : Indian Job Location : India Age : 40-45
- Education : Preferred a Degree in Engineering with an MBA in Marketing
- Language : English, Hindi
- Computers : Strong working capability with Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
4 to 8 Years or more of experience in BD/ Marketing/ Sales/ Tendering/ Commercial teams of companies engaged in infrastructure development for Railways & Metros in India or Abroad
General Experience :
- Worked in organizations engaged in Indian Railways, PSUs projects & Private Sidings projects
- Understand contractual T&C w.r.t. EPC & Services
- Analytical aptitude
Qualitative Experience :
- Should have an understanding of Railway & Metro Infrastructure Industry – P Way, Track, Signalling & Telecom, Over Head Electrification
- Have commercial experience with Project Development Lifecycle – Feasibility studies, DPR, Detailed Design, BOQ, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning etc.
- Should have clear understanding of Tender documentation and bidding process requirements
- Should have good understanding of costing, bid analysis & pricing
- Should have experience in coordinating and collecting inputs with multiple internal and external interfaces
- Able to capture requirements from various departments within the organization and the client’s organization
