Visa : Work Visa

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engg Primavera (Latest Version) and Microsoft Project

Experience : 5-7 years in in preparation of baseline schedules for construction projects (preferably in Oil & Gas). Candidate having Overseas Experience, will be Preferred.

Age limit : Max 40

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation of baseline schedules(Level-4) for EPC Projects.
• Preparation of Project Execution Plan which includes, Manpower Histogram, S- Curves, Procurement Measurement Sheet (PMS), Construction Measurement Sheet (CMS).
• Tracking and Reporting on the critical paths of the projects.
• Preparation of progress reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis and reporting to client.
• Manpower and Resource Estimation.
• Ensuring plans to meet client’s deadlines.
• Preparation of mitigation plans to recover the slippage in schedule

Installs, services and repairs wiring, conduits, fixtures and other electrical devices and systems in plants. Performs electronic tests and inspections. Performs Preventive measures such as replacing old wiring, DBs, cleaning contacts or circuit boards, ensuring that systems are grounded. Installs repairs and maintains machinery, plants & electrical equipment such as electrical controls, electrical/servo actuators. Capable of reading wiring diagrams and follow circuits and wiring, and using hand and diagnostic tools in testing and fixing equipment. Performs other duties as assigned and as needed.
