Details Initial Duration of Employment : 2 Years Probation Period : 3 Months Normal Working Hours : 8 hours a day 6 days a week. Compulsory OT : 3 hours / day (With Payment of AED 200) Work on Friday is Optional – if a candidate works on Friday, they will be paid AED 120 for 4 Fridays. All others as per UAE Labour Law ECNR Candidates ONLY Document Selection / Telephone Interview.
