| Job Information | Urgently Required Oracle DBA for Our Reputed Client in KSA
Education : Bachelor’s degree Knowledge of RDBMS methodologies and concepts. Familiar with RDS, Windows, Linux and Solaris environments. Job Description : Installation, patching, configuration and upgrading of Oracle 12c server. Evaluate Oracle features and related products. Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures. Take care of the Database design and implementation Implement and maintain database security/data guard (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges) Perform database tuning and performance monitoring. Setup and maintain documentation and standards. Plan growth and changes (capacity planning). Work as part of a team and provide 24X7 supports when required. Perform general technical trouble shooting and give consultation to development teams. Interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support. Perform initial installation / creation of RAC databases. Interact with program team members producing proactive and positive results. Replication including designing for conflict avoidance and conflict resolution. Experience : 3-6 Years in WebLogic, Forms and Reports Server with Oracle 11g and 12c, Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), and Automatic Storage Management (ASM), data loading (SQL Loader, Data Pump). Developing scripts for managing performance, performing backups/restores and archiving data. Manage, monitor and administer database and system performance which include the optimization and tuning of data loads, extractions and recommending appropriate procedure, query or package changes and optimizations to ensure and improve. Experience oracle programming, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. Experience with setup and administering of Oracle Streams. Familiarity with setting up Oracle Wallet for SSL connections. Experience with building table, column, index and view definitions for storage requirements, drive spacing and growth accommodations.
